Adonis

Adonis - Neutered male.  Approximate DOB is 1/1/2022.  Adonis is current on his vaccines and has been tested NEGATIVE for Feline Aids (FIV) and Feline Leukemia (FELV).  He is LH Grey.   Adonis was found by a kind family who had noticed him hiding in the bushes outside of the neighbors house. They reached out to an LAS volunteer for help and we were able to take him in. He is very sweet and affectionate. Will walk around your feet if you are not paying attention to him. Seems to be interested in playing with other cats.  He is very social, sweet, playful and busy!  He is a sweet boy that enjoys being held when you go to his cage!  He purrs for attention he loves!  He is ready for his forever, indoor home.   He will need time to adjust to life in a home after being left outside and from cage / shelter life. ​​ If you would like to meet him, please complete a pre-adoption application found on our website at www.loveastraycat.com

Melody

Melody, Miley and Maddox - 2 Spayed females and 1 Neutered male.  Approximate DOB is 10/1/2022.  Melody, Miley and Maddox are current on their vaccines and have been tested NEGATIVE for Feline Aids (FIV) and Feline Leukemia (FELV).  Melody is a female SH Brown Tabby and White, Miley is a female SH Brown Tabby and Maddox is a SH male Brown Tabby and White.  All 3 came to LAS at about 3 weeks old, with their Mom from a local community where LAS worked on a project with several cats in a neighborhood that were trapped for TNR.  We did not know there were babies originally...  They are all sweet, social, sassy and playful, and working on liking to be held.!!  They just need your TLC!  They are each  / or together ready for forever, indoor home (s).  Each will need time to adjust to life in a home from cage / shelter life. ​​​​ If you would like to meet them, please complete a pre-adoption application found on our website at www.loveastraycat.com

Maddox

Sal

Sal - Neutered male.  Approximate DOB is 8/1/2022.  Sal is current on his vaccines and has been tested NEGATIVE for Feline Aids (FIV) and Feline Leukemia (FELV).  He is a SH White with Grey Tabby.  Sal was found with his sister on the west side of Cleveland.  We have no idea of further information or who dumped and left them out in November.  Sal is very active, sweet, social and busy!!  He loves attention and to play and can be quite a clown!!  He is a beautiful boy!  He seems to like other cats - but would need slow and proper introductions to another cat.   He is ready for his forever, indoor home. He will need time to adjust to life in a home after being left outside and from cage / shelter life.

Bruno

Bruno - Neutered male.  Approximate DOB is 11/18/2015.  He is current on his vaccines and has been tested NEGATIVE for Feline Aids (FIV) and Feline Leukemia (FELV).  Bruno had a full blood panel (results were excellent)  and dental at our vet on 12/7/2022 and had multiple extractions.  He is fully recovered.   He is a SH White with Brown Tabby.  Bruno came to LAS after his owner died and the remaining family who received the property cruelly put him outside...He was rescued by an LAS volunteer in November. Bruno is just the sweetest soul!  Loves when you reach for him and comes to you.  He is easy to handle and hold.  He is sweet and social and does like to play!  He is good with other cats with a proper introduction.  He is ready for his forever, indoor home. Marlo

Marlo - Spayed female.  Approximate DOB is 2/1/2021.  Marlo is current on her vaccines and has been tested NEGATIVE for Feline Aids (FIV) and Feline Leukemia (FELV).  She is a SH Dilute Tortie.  Marlo came to LAS with another cat after having kittens that were fostered and adopted out.  She was originally rescued by an LAS Volunteer in a local community.  Marlo is very easy to handle and hold,  She is sweet and social and does like to play!   She is ready for her forever, indoor home. Duncan

Hedy

Emmie

Emmie -  Spayed female.  Approximate DOB is 6/1/2021.  Emmie is current on her vaccines and has been tested NEGATIVE for Feline Aids (FIV) and Feline Leukemia (FELV).  She is a SH Brown Tabby.  Emmie came to LAS after being picked up by the Avon PD at an intersection.  Who does this and left her... Emmie had an injury to her left eye when she arrived,  and required removal of that eye which was done in December.  It is fully healed and requires no further treatment.  Emmie is a good girl.  Social and likes to play.  She loves her toys!  Emmie would do best as an only kitty.  Possibly with an experienced owner who is used to introducing other cats she would do well.  She is ready for her forever, indoor home. She will need time to adjust to life in a home after being left outside and from cage / shelter life.

Lissa

Lissa - Spayed Female.  Approximate DOB is 11/1/2021.  Lissa is current on her vaccines and has been tested NEGATIVE for Feline Aids (FIV) and Feline Leukemia (FELV).  She is a Short Haired Brown Tabby.  She is a petite girl!!  Lissa came to us from Sheffield Lake found in someone's yard along with her Mom who had sadly, already had another litter of kittens.  Lissa is very sweet, social and playful!  She is a pretty girl who would love to have a forever home.  She will need time to adjust to life in a home from cage / shelter life.

Brisco

Brisco and Stabler - Neutered Males.  Date of Birth is 10/15/2017.  Brisco and Stabler are both current on their vaccines and have been tested NEGATIVE for Feline Aids (FIV) and Feline Leukemia (FELV). Both are Black and White Tuxedo's.  Brisco has more black on him and Stabler has more white on him.  These boys were adopted from Love A Stray as kittens in 2018 at 4 months old.  They were returned in October through no fault of their own, as their home life and the people in it and circumstances changed.  This has been a difficult time for them.  Stabler is doing wonderful and Brisco is coming around but feeling down about life at the shelter.  They are good boys and are healthy and deserve more and better. Violet - Spayed Female.  Approximate DOB is 7/1/2020.  Violet is current on her vaccines and has been tested NEGATIVE for Feline Aids (FIV) and Feline Leukemia (FELV).  Violet is a Short Hair Grey and White.  Violet came to Love A Stray in May with her 2 kittens as part of a project our LAS Volunteers took on.  She raised her babies and it is her turn to find a forever home. Violet loves attention and to be petted.  She likes to roll over for loving pets.  She jumps to the front of her cage to reach you. Leely

Leely -  Spayed Female.  Approximate DOB - 5/10/2021.  Leely is current on her vaccines and has tested NEGATIVE for Feline Aids (FIV)  and Feline Leukemia (FELV).  She is a Short Hair Pastel Calico.  She was rescued by a family that volunteers at Love A Stray. She was pregnant, a first time young Mom had 3 babies and only 1 lived.  (Her baby is Tonya!).  Leely is a sweet, social girl who is ready to live her life in a home.  She is ok with other cats given a proper introduction.  She would do best in a quieter home where she can interact without small children and love her new humans,  Leeley will need time to adjust from cage/shelter life to life in a real home. If you would like to meet her, please complete a pre-adoption application found on our website at www.loveastraycat.com​

Avona

Avona - Spayed Female.  Approximate DOB - 5/1/2018.  Avona is current on her vaccines and has tested NEGATIVE for Feline Aids (FIV)  and Feline Leukemia (FELV).  She is a Short Hair Black.  LAS worked on a large cat colony project in a local neighborhood and Avona came to LAS from that project ready to deliver at any moment. Six days later Avona gave birth to 5 beautiful babies.  We promised her a better life and that she would not have to have anymore babies. Avona is a sweet, social girl who is ready to live her life in a home.  She is not fond of other cats, probably after all she went through outside.  She would do best in a quieter home where she can interact without small children and love her adult humans as Queen of the house. Tallulah

Tallulah - Spayed female.  Approximate DOB is 10/4/2017.  Tallulah is current on her vaccines and has been tested for Feline Aids and Feline Leukemia and is NEGATIVE.  Tallulah is a SH Black and White.  She is a beautiful girl who had a tough time. She was originally adopted in 2/2018 from LAS and returned in April 2022.  She is a very sweet girl who was in a home where it was just too loud and busy for her.  Tallulah is a sweet and shy girl who has learned to come out nicely for us.  She is social and likes to play.  She is looking for a loving, quiet, adult home. Kinley

Kinley - Spayed Female.  Approximate DOB is 4/10/2021.  Kinley is current on her vaccines and is tested for Feline Aids (FIV)  and Feline Leukemia (FELV) and is NEGATIVE. She is a SH Black and White with adorable markings.  Kinley was rescued by LAS after she was left at a horsebarn with her littermates and her Mom.  Her Mom was hit by a car shortly after being dropped off.  Her littermates have all found home.  But, our Kinley was shy and needed time.  She has come a long way since then.  She is looking for a kind, quiet home where she can thrive with the right person to bring her along.  She would be good with another cat after proper introductions.  She is sweet and playful!   She is looking for a loving home with someone who has cat experience and patience.  She will need time to adjust to a new home from her shelter life. Cameo  & Corrine

Corrine & Cameo-  2 Spayed Females . DOB is 4/29/2022.  They are current on their vaccines and have been tested for Feline Aids and Feline Leukemia and are NEGATIVE.  They are all SH Black. These adorable kittens came to us from a local property where the owner passed away and the kittens were found there on the property.  They are wonderfully cute, sweet, social, playful and busy.  They are each or all looking for a loving home and family!  They will need time to adjust to a new home from their shelter life. Molly Rose

Molly Rose - Spayed Female.  Approximate DOB is 4/20/2022.  Molly Rose is current on her vaccines and has been tested for Feline Aids (FIV) and Feline Leukemia (FELV) and is NEGATIVE.  Molly Rose is a SH all Black.  This adorable kitten came to us at 3 weeks old very sick and starving from a large TNR project in a local neighborhood where we worked to bring under control a large amount of unspayed and unneutered cats, many whom had already delivered kittens as was the case with Molly Rose.  She is wonderfully cute, sweet, social, playful and busy!  She is looking for a loving home and family.  She will need time to adjust to a new home from her shelter life.  If you would like to meet with Molly Rose or any other of our adaptable cats and kittens,  please complete our pre-adoption application found on our website at loveastraycat.com

Norville

Norville - Neutered Male.  Approximate DOB - 4/6/2022. He is current on vaccines and have been tested for Feline Aids and Feline Leukemia and are NEGATIVE.  Norville is a SH Black, came with 2 other siblings (adopted) from a local Vet Clinic where they were left overnight in a box outside.  He is sweet, social, playful and busy boy.  He will need time to adjust to a new home from their shelter life. Vivian - Spayed Females.  Approximate DOB is 4/10/2022.  SHe is current on her vaccines and are tested for Feline Aids (FIV)  and Feline Leukemia (FELV) and are NEGATIVE.  Vivian is a SH Brown Tabby and White.  Vivian and her sister Viola came into to LAS with their Mom, Violet as part of a project where they were found on a property with 2 Moms and 2 litters. Luciano

Gracie

Gracie -  Spayed Female. Approximate DOB is 3/25/2022.  Gracie, is current on her vaccines and has been tested for Feline Aids (FIV) and Feline Leukemia (FELV) and is NEGATIVE.  Gracie is a SH Tabby.  Gracie and her two siblings (adopted) came to us from a large TNR project in a local neighborhood where we worked to bring under control a large amount of unspayed cats.  They were just days old upon arrival.  Gracie is very sweet, social, playful and busy girl. Monroe

Monroe - Neutered male.  DOB 5/12/2022.  Monroe is current on his vaccines and is tested for Feline Aids (FIV)  and Feline Leukemia (FELV) and is NEGATIVE. He is a SH Grey Tuxedo.   Monroe was rescued by LAS after he was reported living and hiding in the flowers for sale out front of a local Giant Eagle all alone.  He was seen for days by staff and reported to us.  He is darling and coming around to be such a sweet, playful boy!   He is looking for a loving home and family!  He will need time to adjust to a new home from their shelter life. Griffin

Griffin - Neutered Male.  Approximate DOB is 6/1/2021.  Griffin is current on his vaccines and has tested NEGATIVE for Feline Aids (FIV) and Feline Leukemia (FELV).  Griffin is a SH all Grey, was found outside all on his own and very hungry.  He is a very busy, bundle of play and hopeful for a home to get out of cage life and shelter life. He is an alpha boy and would do best with no other cats or dogs and no small children.

Hildy

Hildy - Spayed Female.  Approximate DOB 8/1/2019.  Hildy is current on her vaccines and has tested Negative for Feline Aids (FIV) and Feline Leukemia (FELV).  Hildy is a beautiful long haired Tortie. Hildy was found at a local University Hospital facility with her 4 kittens residing under a gazebo!  We brought her and her kittens to LAS and she raised her babies.  Hildy would love to have a home of her own.  She is a sweet, social girl who loves attention and head butts !  She is not particularly fond of other cats!  But that is her thing after being out there without a real home.  Probably would do best with no small children - even though she is sweet - she wants to have her own family and people to spend time with.  She will need time to adjust to a home from shelter life.

Darla

Darla - Spayed Female.  Approximate DOB 4/17/2021.  Darla is current on her vaccines and is tested NEGATIVE for Feline Aids (FIV) and Feline Leukemia (FELV).  She is a SH Brown Tabby.  Darla was rescued as part of a project in a local city where LAS staff worked to spay and neuter a colony of ferals and found kittens there.  She is a sweet girl with a huge personality in a tiny package. She loves her sister Cora and loves to play with her toys! She has been in a foster home for the past couple of months, and loves having room to run and play. She is very acrobatic and has an impressive vertical jump when playing.  She is very motivated by food, and has learned tricks such as "touch (her nose to your fingers)", "sit" and "high five".  She has become comfortable living in her foster home with people, but can still be startled occasionally. Darla enjoys curling up in the window with her sister.  They would love a home together. She and her sister are not likely to be lap cats, but they enjoy being petted and interacting with food and play. Best with no small children as she is a bit shy.

Cora

Cora -  Spayed Female.  Approximate DOB 4/17/2021.  Cora is current on her vaccines and is tested NEGATIVE for Feline Aids (FIV) and Feline Leukemia (FELV).  She is a SH Brown Tabby with orange - she has an orange patch above her right eye. Cora was rescued as part of a project in a local city where LAS staff worked to spay and neuter a colony of ferals and found kittens there.  She is a sweet girl, loves her sister Darla and loves to play with her toys. Her personality is a little more subdued than Darla, but she still has sass. Let her hypnotize you with her beautiful amber eyes and make you laugh with her antics! She makes the cutest little trilling noises when she's playing with her toys or running to see you.  She and her sister are in a foster home together, and they both love finding new ways to play that they didn't have in the shelter. Cora in particular is always looking up, so a shelf or cat highway would be her dream come true. She enjoys lounging in the window, taking in every bug and bird in sight. Cora is food motivated and has learned several tricks, such as "Touch (her nose to fingers)", "sit", "high five", and she stands up on her back legs like a meerkat. She is comfortable and confident in her foster home, but still gets startled occasionally. She and Darla would love a home together, best with no small children.  They are not likely to become lap cats, but they like to be petted and interacting with food and play. She and Darla are so sweet together, and they are each other's perfect playmates.

Peanut

Peanut - Spayed Female.  Approximate DOB is 4/10/2017.  Peanut is current on her vaccines and and has tested NEGATIVE for Feline Leukemia (FELV) and POSITIVE for Feline Ads (FIV). PLEASE see our information on adopting FIV Positive cats on our website at loveastraycat.com! Extra-Special Cats Peanut is a SH Black and White.  Peanut came to LAS when her owner was deployed in the service.  Peanut is so very sweet, social, outgoing and loving.  She is a very good girl!  She does not care for dogs or small children - she is afraid after being in an adult only home.  She would love a new home of her own.
