RossRoss - Neutered male. Approximate date of birth is 1/15/2013. Ross is current on his vaccines and is tested NEGATIVE for Feline Aids (FIV) and Feline Leukemia (FELV). He is a SH Black and White. Ross is front declawed. Ross came back to LAS in December after being adopted and in a home since 2014. His owner fell on hard times and an unsafe place to live with Ross. He was very sad to lose his home and return to shelter life - but has done well since then. Ross has just had a full dental done. He is an amazing, sweet, playful and loveable boy who just wants a loving home again and people to call his own and bond with ! He does not care for other cats after many years of being an only cat in the home. (No exceptions!) He would love to have a new, quiet home, with love to give and this boy is one that says, adopt me!

HildyHildy - Spayed Female. Approximate DOB 8/1/2019. Hildy is current on her vaccines and has tested Negative for Feline Aids (FIV) and Feline Leukemia (FELV). Hildy is a beautiful long haired Tortie. Hildy was found at a local University Hospital facility with her 4 kittens residing under a gazebo! We brought her and her kittens to LAS and she raised her babies. Hildy would love to have a home of her own. She is a sweet, social girl who loves attention and head butts ! She is not particularly fond of other cats! But that is her thing after being out there without a real home. Probably would do best with no small children - even though she is sweet - she wants to have her own family and people to spend time with. She will need time to adjust to a home from shelter life.

RomaRoma - Spayed Female. Approximate DOB is 6/1/2018. Roma is current on her vaccines and has tested NEGATIVE for Feline Aids (FIV) and Feline Leukemia (FELV). She is a beautiful SH Black Tabby Female with a stunning white undercoat. Roma came to us rescued with her 4 babies from a window well. She was a wonderful Mom! She was at the time Semi feral. We have worked with her here at the shelter since June of 2020. In the summer of 2021 one of our volunteers took her home and made excellent progress with Roma - sitting on his lap, sleeping in bed and following him around!!
His job position took him to another state this fall and Roma switched foster homes... Roma's 2nd foster writes: It took Roma about a week to be comfortable in her new surroundings. She has been sharing a home with 2 foster kittens and several resident cats and a friendly dog. Her playful side has come out and she loves playing with toys, chasing the red dot and mothering the kittens! While she is still not a huge fan of being held, she loves sitting next to you and letting you brush her beautiful coat, making sure to show her belly so you brush it too! Roma will need her person to move slowly and quietly at first. She would do best with no small children, in a quiet home. She would do well with another playful cat or kitten to allow her to shine and be enriched by the relationship. Roma's best friend, foster kitten (Freddie) was recently adopted. If you would like to meet with Roma, please complete the pre-adoption application. |
